• Don’t see your intraoral scanner software above, no problem! Call our lab and we will add it on so that we can accept your files, or email your files in STL format.  Questions?  Reach out to our lab at 248-626-3144.

Please select “Scan Only”, not RPD when sending scans and include the following information in your prescription:

• Doctor name
• Patient last name
• Office location/address
• Contact phone number
• Restoration type
• Tooth shade (tooth mould is also helpful) and acrylic shade
• Specific case requests and notes
• Requested return date

Capturing clear images to promote successful outcomes for the patient:

1. Check for appropriate lighting
2. Make sure your scan cart is easily visible to monitor captures
3. Manage moisture in the mouth to prevent interference with scan data
4. Perform full arch scans of the prep and opposing arches, along with bite  registration
5. Approach in a slow and steady manner
6. The more information/better scans we receive the higher success rates we will have for your patients
